Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These terms govern video production, 3D scanning/documentation, and related services provided by Lighthouse Media ("we," "us") to you ("client"). By booking a project or using the client portal, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Scheduling
Projects are confirmed once scope, date, and pricing are agreed in writing (email or the client portal). We'll do our best to accommodate schedule changes, but shoot and scan dates are subject to availability and weather (for drone/exterior work).
Payment
Invoices are sent and paid through the client portal via Stripe. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is received in full.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked project. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time and travel — this will be communicated at time of booking for each project.
Deliverables & Usage Rights
Once a project is paid in full, the client receives the agreed deliverables (video files, 3D model links, photos, reports, etc.) for their own use — including sharing with contractors, insurance adjusters, clients, or on their own marketing channels.
Lighthouse Media retains the right to use project footage, photos, and 3D models in our own portfolio, website, and marketing, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Revisions
Reasonable revision requests related to the agreed scope are included as part of your project. Requests that go beyond the original scope may be billed separately — we'll always let you know before doing extra work.
Property Access & Safety
For on-site video and 3D scanning work, the client is responsible for ensuring we have safe, lawful access to the property, including any permissions needed for drone operation. We follow applicable FAA drone regulations for exterior aerial work.
Liability
We carry standard care in handling equipment and property, but Lighthouse Media's liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
